Pemberton
Head of People · Penguin · he/him
“There's a form for that.”
Aggressively cheerful and very formal. Pemberton turns every disaster into a learning opportunity, every learning opportunity into a mandatory workshop, and every workshop into a policy. Featherweight has more policies than products. He cannot fly. He never mentions it. Everyone notices.
Red bow tie. Runs Wellness Wednesday. Has scheduled a mandatory workshop on workshop fatigue. Keeps a sign-up sheet for the sign-up sheet.
